— Breaking the Mold —

For too long, the security industry has been dominated by the “any warm body” model. This is when unskilled, under-trained, and unprepared workers are put in a uniform and called security. Evidence consistently shows that this model does little to safeguard a client’s people and property, and in many cases actually increases liability. Millions of dollars are virtually thrown away each year on this type of “security”.

It doesn’t have to be this way. There are professionals out there who have chosen to specialize in the security field. Black Wolf hand picks the best of these, encourages their commitment to duty and service, and cultivates their skill sets. The result is a team of dedicated security professionals who are devoted to their craft and are expertly capable of protecting the lives and property of our clients.

— Setting the Bar —

Black Wolf’s hiring standards are the highest in the industry. We exclusively hire military veterans, former law enforcement, exceptionally experienced security professionals, and those with specialized skills who share our passion for protecting our community.
